Before we start your training program we will arrange a consultation meeting online to get to know one another and discuss your goals, nutrition, lifestyle and how we look to take ACTION going forward.
On the first Personal Training session, we will do weigh-in and body fat measurements. Also, we will complete a fitness test, This gives me information on how we can build a training programme which will ensure you get the results in a safe manner and at the right pace for your journey.
