Well, our one to one boxing sessions can be tailored to each individual goals and fitness level.  

 

If your goal is to lose weight and reduce body fat plus get in shape boxing is an excellent addition to your exercises regime  

 

Improve your mental health and physical health through non-contact Boxing training. 

 

1-hour long class learn how to box and also have fun throwing punches. 

 

The sessions will include: 

 

. Warm up 

. Skipping  

. Pad work which will improve eye and hand coordination 

. Medicine ball 

. Slamball 

. Strength and conditioning 

. Core exercises 

. Cool down / Stretching
